We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Lead to support the delivery of our Operational Resilience strategy and work plans, ensuring resilient services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the delivery and embedding of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity processes, aligning with regulatory expectations and business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and embed resilience, focusing on customer-centric outcomes.
- Lead on larger workstreams with a customer-centric approach, working closely with pillar and critical process owners.
- Act as an SME for the embedding of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity considerations in change processes, ensuring appropriate risk management.
- Prepare and present governance group updates and reports as needed.
- A hybrid working environment with flexibility and work-life balance.
