About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Lead to support the delivery of our Operational Resilience strategy and work plans, ensuring resilient services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery and embedding of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity processes, aligning with regulatory expectations and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and embed resilience, focusing on customer-centric outcomes.
  • Lead on larger workstreams with a customer-centric approach, working closely with pillar and critical process owners.
  • Act as an SME for the embedding of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity considerations in change processes, ensuring appropriate risk management.
  • Prepare and present governance group updates and reports as needed.
