Internal Sales Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Engineer to join our team at Harris Commercial Ltd. As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and product information to customers, building strong relationships, and processing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical sales support to customers, helping them select the appropriate products based on their specific needs and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities through research and follow-up on leads provided by the field sales team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an internal sales role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with selling within the industrial sector or a similar product range is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
  • Career development opportunities, including the potential to move into an external sales engineer role.
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • A regular social calendar with events throughout the year.
