Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and diligent Sanitation Specialist to support our operations in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of walls, baseboards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, elevators, doors, and frames.
- Sweep and maintain floors using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Mop floors effectively using wet or damp mops.
- Vacuum carpeted areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as scrubbing, polishing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning machines.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying bins and transporting waste to designated areas.
- Safely mix and use cleaning supplies in the correct proportions.
- Replenish consumable items including soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and hand basins.
- Ensure communal kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleaning role.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
