Your Responsibilities

As our dedicated Content Specialist for EMEA Customer Services, you will assist our team with the following:

  • Content Development – Create materials that enhance our customers' self-service capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Content Management – Ensure our customers have access to the most current content through regular updates, removals, and translations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across various countries to ensure successful content delivery.
  • Service Level Agreement Management – Ensure content is published within agreed timelines to keep our customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to independently create customer-facing content.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.

Profile & Personal Attributes:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and an innovative mindset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, content management systems, knowledge management systems, and/or Jira is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player who embraces challenges and is passionate about achieving results.
