Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in the Sleaford area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Care Certificate (training provided for successful candidates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, with a focus on resident safety and well-being.
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance provided for successful candidates).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: £11.50 - £14.00.
  • Multiple shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends.
