Void Refurbishment Supervisor

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Void Refurbishment Supervisor to join their property services division. This is a permanent position that offers a great opportunity to join a growing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a large team of direct operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring the efficient completion of void refurbishment services for scattered housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of operatives, including pre- and post-inspections of works
- Organizing and allocating operative workload in association with the program
- Conducting toolbox talks and monitoring health and safety protocols
- Using the NHF SOR to price works
- Traveling between properties to oversee works
- Liaising with clients and tenants to ensure smooth communication
