Void Refurbishment Supervisor

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Void Refurbishment Supervisor to join their property services division. This is a permanent position with a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of direct operatives and sub-contractors in void refurbishment services.
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections of works to ensure quality and compliance.
- Organize and allocate operative workload in association with the program.
- Deliver toolbox talks and monitor health and safety protocols.
- Use NHF SOR to price works and ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise with clients and tenants to manage works and resolve issues.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in void refurbishment services, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for property services, we encourage you to apply.
