Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor at Calisen Metering, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing smart meter appointment scheduling and providing outstanding customer support. You will collaborate with various teams, devise creative solutions, and handle administrative responsibilities, including generating correspondence for our esteemed customers.
This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Our structured shift pattern runs from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every four weeks from 8am to 5pm. Benefit from the flexibility of our hybrid working model, which combines remote work with at least two days per week in our lively call center. The annual salary for this role is £23,400, allowing you to make a significant contribution to our mission.
Candidate Profile
A motivated individual with a solid educational background (minimum GCSE level). Exceptional telephone communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, with prior experience in customer service (telephone or face-to-face). Experience in a call center is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A collaborative team player who can also demonstrate initiative and independence.
