We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at Kerwin Court, a specialist neuro rehabilitation centre located just outside of Broadbridge Heath. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists to provide high-quality care and support to adults with acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to our residents, following individualized support plans to meet their unique needs and aspirations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our clinical team.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in rehabilitation support.
- A competitive rate of up to £13 per hour, plus £1 location allowance.
- Excellent training and support, including a comprehensive induction program and ongoing coaching.
