Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for premium spirits, a natural talent for building relationships, and a desire to be at the forefront of our brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in bars, restaurants, off-licences, and retailers across Northern Ireland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to introduce new products, discuss promotional opportunities, and provide sales training.
  • Represent Rademon Estate Distillery at industry events, festivals, and trade shows, promoting our products and brand story.
  • Conduct tastings, both in-store and at events, to educate consumers and trade partners about our gin and whiskey.
  • Work with our marketing team to plan and execute local brand activations and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and consumer preferences, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Assist in managing product stock levels and point-of-sale materials at customer locations.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of sales experience, ideally within the drinks industry or a related field (e.g., hospitality, food and beverage).
  • Previous experience in a brand ambassador role or event management is advantageous.
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed for events and client meetings.
