Pension Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pension Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administration support to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process transactions and queries accurately and efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and following established procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior team members to increase understanding of clients, processes, and tools/systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of self and others.
- Work closely with colleagues from other domains, client teams, and business areas globally.
- Ensure compliance with Aon's Risk Management Framework and policies, including participation in mandatory training.

Requirements- Previous experience in an operations environment, preferably in pensions administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new skills and software.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing ongoing quality and customer satisfaction.
