Position Overview

As a key member of the HR People Team at Livewell Southwest, the People Operations Advisor will provide essential operational support within designated service areas. This role involves offering guidance and coaching on employment terms, organizational policies, and relevant legislation, ensuring best practices in people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR operational support and expert advice to managers on various employment matters.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Conduct project work and contribute to policy development, focusing on enhancing HR practices.
  • Provide training and coaching to managers to improve their people management capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Associate Membership of the CIPD and relevant experience in Human Resources within a large organization.
  • A degree in HRM or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
