We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Manager and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administration support for a dedicated Account Manager, including managing enquiries from clients, updating data via Excel, and managing data on an internal system.
- Provide administrative support with PowerPoints and proposals, as well as liaising with suppliers via phone and monitoring budgets on behalf of the Account Manager.
- Work knowledge of relevant software, including Excel and CRM, is essential for this role.
- On board new clients and develop strong working relationships, keeping documentation and records of client interactions.
- Develop surveys and obtain client information, establishing a good working relationship with all internal colleagues.
- Confident and able to speak with clients and suppliers, with strong Excel skills and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
