As a Head Chef at Sodexo, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food experiences to our customers. Your expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation, production, and presentation of food to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and maintain accurate records and accounts.
  • Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH.
  • Support staff orientation and team training and development.
Requirements
  • 706 1 & 2 or Equivalent of experience in hands-on cooking.
  • Experience in menu planning and production.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
