Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality care to our service users. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll assist with personal care, manage medication, and provide practical support with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training and support.
