About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be an integral part of our Sales team, working closely with our client to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Providing detailed product information and addressing customer queries.
