Key Responsibilities:- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on a wide range of fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting, and FFE systems across social housing buildings in the East Midlands region.
- Participate in the emergency call-out rota in the East Midlands region, responding to incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
- Repair, installation, or replacement of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and FFE systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in servicing and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, and FFE, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Hold a City & Guilds 1 & 2 Electrical Installation Qualification as a minimum or equivalent.
- BS Fundamentals in FD&A Unit 1 & 2, with a strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations.
- 18th Edition Training, with a focus on electrical safety and compliance.
- ECS / CSCS Card, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role across the East Midlands region, with a strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- AOV Servicing experience and/or training, with a focus on advanced maintenance and operation techniques.
- Servicing and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers, with a strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations.
- Emergency Lighting Part 2: Advanced Maintenance & Operation, with a focus on complex systems and protocols.
- Relevant Health & Safety training, including working at heights or asbestos awareness, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
