We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Luxury Marketing Lead within the Frasers Group. This role is pivotal in steering the marketing efforts for our luxury segment, particularly focusing on the FLANNELS brand as it continues to evolve in the high-end fashion landscape.
In this position, you will act as the steward of our brand strategy, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with our vision of New Luxury. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer eager to enhance their expertise in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. At Frasers Group, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives, exercise autonomy, and make a significant impact from your first day.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing for Luxury & Premium, you will be tasked with driving the Luxury category forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and executing the marketing strategy for the Luxury division to foster brand and commercial advancement.
- Managing the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring all teams have the necessary resources and guidelines to execute effective campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to contribute to campaign briefs that translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies. You will participate in shoots to ensure the content produced meets our standards.
- Serving as the marketing authority for Luxury brands within the broader marketing team, understanding product ranges, brand narratives, and future initiatives to ensure seamless integration into FLANNELS campaigns.
- Partnering with commercial teams to bridge the gap between Marketing and Commercial, attending key meetings with strategic brand partners to maintain and disseminate vital relationships and insights.
- Cultivating strong partnerships with the marketing teams of our brand collaborators.
- Working cross-functionally with essential channels such as Commercial, Content Creation, Social Media, Retail, Public Relations, and E-Commerce to ensure cohesive implementation of marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Securing brand commitment and investment for each campaign to maximize brand extension opportunities within FLANNELS initiatives by proactively engaging with brand partners.
- Utilizing data analytics to evaluate and report on campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while sharing key insights with stakeholders.
- Analyzing cultural, fashion, and competitive landscapes to identify market opportunities and trends for Frasers Group to leverage.
- Acting as the brand guardian for FLANNELS, inspiring the wider marketing and commercial teams through your work.
Required Qualifications
- Significant marketing experience within the luxury fashion or retail sector.
- Established relationships with industry brands.
- A degree is preferred, but substantial industry experience and a track record of developing and executing strategic plans with creativity are essential.
- A natural leader capable of inspiring and uniting the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both online and offline marketing.
- Experience in team and budget management.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Cultural awareness and a passion for luxury fashion and brands.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid working rights for the UK.
