Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from initial project definition to construction and building use. You will be responsible for assisting in cost planning, procurement, and construction management, as well as working with clients and designers to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in cost planning and budgeting for construction projects
  • Collaborate with clients and designers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts and reports
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proactive and driven approach to work and promoting success
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives
