  • The ARC Club Experience & Customer Service: Provide a warm welcome and a productive, in-club experience for all users, members, guests, and the general public, ensuring a smooth customer journey and professional space management.
  • Local Insight for ARC Club-wide Feedback & Learning: Build strong relationships with club members, engage in depth with their needs to bring ideas for how to improve the ARC Club offer, and share insight with the whole ARC Club team, introducing new products and services as and when required.
  • Community Growth: Promote partnerships, member sales, and venue hire opportunities. Promote ARC Club to community partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold operational excellence at the club, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all users.

Requirements:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: A background in any customer-facing role.
  • CREATIVE AND ADAPTABLE: Innovation in your bones with the confidence to bring ideas to the table and try new things.
  • TIME MANAGEMENT: Punctual and reliable.
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Fantastic organisation skills.
  • PRACTICAL: A natural problem-solver, enjoying a challenge and responding calmly to issues.
  • SELF-DIRECTED: The capacity to lead autonomously, work effectively within a team, and ask for help where necessary.
