Position Overview: The OHID South East Region Team is seeking a motivated Administrative Support Specialist to assist with the operational aspects of business support.
The successful candidate will provide essential support to the South East Health and Wellbeing colleagues and offer personal assistant (PA) assistance to senior leadership as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with a small, friendly, and supportive administrative team to effectively enhance and promote the initiatives of the South East regional OHID team.
- Engage with regional business support functions nationwide to ensure robust operational delivery.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and PA support to the Directorate and senior management team.
- Maintain productive working relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and adaptable approach to their responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.
Strong communication and writing skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with a diverse range of staff and stakeholders across multiple organizations at various levels.
