Job Title: Head Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading our fitness programs, coaching our members, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our members
  • Coach and mentor our fitness team to ensure they are delivering high-quality programs
  • Drive business growth through membership sales and retention
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our fitness programs
  • Monitor and analyze program metrics to ensure we are meeting our business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fitness leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving program metrics
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
