Protective Services Regional Manager

At Bank of America, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protective Services Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for managing the health, safety, and physical security of all attendees at Bank of America sponsored or hosted events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for each event, including risk assessments, security staffing requirements, and emergency response strategies.
- Select, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure all security professionals are fully briefed on their responsibilities and the specifics of each event.
- Work closely with local law enforcement, emergency services, and private security firms to ensure a coordinated approach to event security.
- Ensure all security activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and stay updated with the latest in security technology and procedures to enhance safety measures.
- Serve as the primary contact for all security-related incidents and lead the resolution with minimal disruption to the event.
- Experience in a Close Protection, Major Events Security role or similar.
- Deep knowledge of security planning, protocols, and vetting procedures.
- Experienced in Crisis Management and able to analyse threats and plan appropriately.
- Solid stakeholder management capabilities, including working closely with law enforcement and other agencies.
- Ability to lead and direct a team and critical thinking, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to situations.
- Experienced in analysing and responding to business cases and solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and best practices related to security activities.
