About Aston Hearing:

Established in 1989, we are a family-owned, independent practice that has organically expanded over the past three decades to provide specialized audiology and hearing aid services across the region. We proudly collaborate with hearing charities to enhance our community services.

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Ear Health Practitioner, you will operate in high-quality clinical settings, delivering safe and effective care for patients with various ear conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with ear-related issues.
  • Utilize advanced technology for audiological evaluations and interventions.
  • Deliver patient-centered care while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with our dynamic team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Health Care Assistant or relevant qualifications in Ear Care or Audiology. Registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Hearing Care Assistants are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential. A valid driving license is required. Experience in wax removal procedures is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided.
