Transformative Marketing Role at Regency House

Regency House, a luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in establishing Regency House as a premier hospitality destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring accurate and relevant content, including seasonal offers and packages.
  • Build and maintain our social media presence across various channels, creating and scheduling content calendars, capturing on-the-ground/real-time content, and engaging with the community.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers, including consultants and digital partners, to advance our marketing strategy.
  • Assist in generating and planning seasonal events and activities.
  • Monitor PR and online reviews/presence, providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly marketing reports, working closely with other teams to collate desired information.

Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing and/or Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years post-graduate experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury brand sector.
  • Experience developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns across above-the-line and below-the-line marketing channels.
  • Experience developing and monitoring marketing-related KPIs.
  • A full driver's license is essential.
  • Proficiency in utilizing several IT packages and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Squarespace, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Experience working with external partners, including digital advertising and design agencies, PR and communications consultants.
  • General knowledge of the local and international media landscape.
