About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our client's Creative Marketing team in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain global visual consistency and manage the brand across all company literature and creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the design team to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Graphic design degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve marketing goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
