About the Role

Achieving for Children is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant Level 2 to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to executives, managers, and professional teams across the organization, working collaboratively to meet business needs and deliverables outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake administrative duties, working in a team under the supervision of the Business Support Manager and their Deputy within the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service.
  • Provide support to executives, managers, and professional teams, utilizing common processes and digital practices to meet business needs.
  • Input repetitive data on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, including time management, creative-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking. They will also be able to work well under pressure, be flexible in their approach, and make good use of technology to perform functions and ensure work is timely and accurate.
