National Spares Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced National Spares Coordinator to join our team at Stannah. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the spares provision for our national lift and escalator contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the spares inventory to ensure visibility, auditing, and replenishment to support operational requirements.
- Produce key reports and oversee timely data updates to ensure accurate information flow.
- Uphold the highest standards in health, safety, and environmental practices within the office area and infrastructure stores.
- Set and maintain high standards across work quality, documentation, and communication.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure accurate information flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including KPI development, performance reviews, and process enhancements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Manage stock control processes, audits, and replenishments to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Previous experience working in a stock control job.
- Knowledge of stock systems.
- Logistics qualification advantageous.
- NVQ2 Customer Service desirable but not essential.
