Main Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and control food and beverage operations, working closely with the F&B manager to ensure seamless execution.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors regarding any guest or staff issues.
- Encourage and motivate staff with a positive attitude, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Operate POS systems and maintain security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Manage waiters, barmen, and runners to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills.
- Monitor staff service levels, identifying areas for improvement and providing training as needed.
- Ensure accurate setup for functions and bookings, adhering to company standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
