We're looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hale Country Club & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ensuring that our guests receive an unforgettable experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and control various food and beverage operations, working closely with the F&B manager to ensure seamless execution.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors regarding any guest or staff issues.
  • Lead and motivate staff with a positive attitude, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Operate POS systems and maintain security protocols.
  • Manage waiters, barmen, and runners to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to our 'company code of conduct' and 'standard operating procedures.'
  • Conduct service briefings and provide training to staff as needed.
  • Monitor staff service levels and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Ensure accurate setup for functions and bookings, and provide ongoing menu and beverage training.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu management and inventory control.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
