Adecco, in partnership with Bentley Motors, is seeking a skilled Switchboard Operator to join their team. This temporary part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate starting from £14.50.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and accurately route them to the appropriate departments within the organization.
  • Maintain the efficiency of the switchboard service, ensuring prompt call handling and minimal wait times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, reflecting the company's professional image and brand values through excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Provide handset administration support, including managing telephone directories and assisting users with general telephony queries.
  • Collaborate with the access control office as required, supporting their operations for a defined period per week.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a switchboard operator or in a customer service role is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle queries and provide efficient solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service levels.
