About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, making critical clinical decisions and delivering excellence in everything you do. Your expertise in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify and address any changes in a resident's condition
  • Administer medication safely and effectively, following established protocols
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing, with a focus on person-centered care
