About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Club Host to join our team at The Ned Careers. As a Club Host, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, setting the tone for their experience in our rooftop restaurant and late-night venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and settling members and guests, providing a warm and exclusive service
  • Handling member requests and queries regarding their reservations
  • Collaborating with our membership relations team to provide an exceptional experience for our members
  • Building rapport with members over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience
  • Providing key information to our management and service teams to enable them to surprise and delight our guests with exceptional hospitality

Requirements:

  • Rapport building skills are essential for working in our Club spaces, every guest is a loyal member or a potential new member, so every interaction is crucial
  • A bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
  • A calm demeanor and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive
  • A degree of confidentiality is non-negotiable when dealing with high-profile individuals
