Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Primary Teacher to teach an academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum in a school with exceptional pastoral care. The ideal candidate will be a creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful and adaptable practitioner who is passionate about learning and able to communicate their passion to children and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach an academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum to EYFS students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Experience working with EYFS students
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
  • Passion for teaching and learning
