About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Fleetwood Hall Care Home, a 62-bedded residential home for older adults in Fleetwood, Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
  • Support our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards within the care home environment
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
