The Administrator Role

As an integral part of our team, the Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of Fleetwood Hall Care Home. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Maintaining accurate resident and staff records.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and regulatory bodies.
  • Processing payroll and managing HR files, including Right to Work documentation and DBS checks.
  • Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding of new care home staff.
  • Providing administrative support to the Home Manager and assisting with daily tasks.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in computer systems and payroll software. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
