Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Art Production Manager to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As an Art Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Art Production, working closely with the production and art teams to ensure high-quality content and development work is being delivered by multiple external vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Setup and Management
    • Collaborate closely with our Art Lead and Art Director to understand project requirements and establish and set the project's asset specifications.
    • Work closely with our LiveOps team and our Art Lead to identify the Live Project needs.
  • Vendor Management
    • Identify and begin to build relationships with external vendors/partners.
    • Manage the end-to-end art outsourcing process, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining communication with external art studios and individual artists.
  • Quality and Performance Management
    • Conduct regular quality and performance evaluations of external partners to ensure adherence to the project requirements.
    • Manage the feedback process, and ensure the balance between delivery and quality within that process.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the outsource budget.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and experience with negotiating contracts to establish costs and deliverables.
  • Experience in a production or delivery-focused role within a creative industry.
  • Experience working on a Live Service Project.
