**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious Guildford Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive and achieve sales targets through proactive sales strategies and effective communication with clients.
  • Support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery.
  • Work closely with our team to understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Participate in gallery events and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and promote our art offerings.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets in a sales-focused environment.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Confident and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or art-related environment.
