Assistant Store Manager

About Shoe Sensation:
We are a dynamic retail company that values teamwork, customer satisfaction, and a clean store environment. Our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a 2nd Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets and profitability goals by providing excellent customer service, managing inventory levels, and supervising staff members.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store manager to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
