Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a 2nd Assistant Manager on a part-time basis at Shoe Sensation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets and profitability goals by providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering products as needed to maintain a well-stocked store environment.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing opening and closing duties as required.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
