We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Maidenhead. As a Junior Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving account management with technical and commercial support to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpreting customer requirements via technical drawings and customer communication to create and provide quotations.
  2. Liaising with customers to achieve the order.
  3. Processing of customer's orders and preparation of internal work instructions for manufacture.
  4. Coordination with internal departments in the factory regarding manufacturing processes to achieve customer requirements.
  5. Troubleshooting and manufacturing support.
Requirements:
  1. Good verbal/written communication skills.
  2. Have a level of technical understanding, not necessarily within the sheet metal or engineering industry, but with the ability, correct attitude, and willingness to learn.
  3. Ability to discuss technical and aesthetic requirements with companies' customers.
  4. Candidates who have completed a technical (engineering-related) apprenticeship or engineering course or working in a technical 'hands-on' role would be ideal, but not essential.
  5. Commercial experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
  6. Be highly organized and able to respond in a timely and effective manner.
Benefits:
  1. Salary - £24,000 to £29,000 - dependent upon skill, qualifications, and experience.
  2. Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Office based.
  3. 21 days holiday package + the 8 bank holidays on top.
  4. Company pension scheme.
  5. Free parking.
  6. Other company benefits.
