- Engineering Certificates and Service Entry Sheets: Create Engineering Certificates and Service Entry sheets for payment and release of retention payments via SAP Core.
- Shopping Cart Management: Raise shopping carts for equipment, goods, and services, and process goods receipts via SAP.
- Purchase Management: Purchase equipment, goods, and services via other methods, including supplier portals and purchase cards.
- Meeting and Conference Support: Arrange and support meetings and conferences on behalf of others, including room bookings, delegate management, and material production.
- Electronic Filing and Record Management: Maintain electronic filing systems and internal records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including other duties as required.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Liaise with other internal departments as necessary.
- Office Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance of office equipment and ensure supplies are readily available.
- SAP Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP and its applications.
- Administrative Experience: Proven administrative background and experience.
