Job Description

Job Summary: Yorktel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the project plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members to ensure their success and growth.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a customer service or technical field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
  • Bi-lingual capability is a plus.
