Job Summary: Yorktel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules to meet business objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the project plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members to ensure their success and growth.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a customer service or technical field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Bi-lingual capability is a plus.
