Fostering Business Support Coordinator Role

Five Rivers Child Care Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fostering Business Support Coordinator to join our North Region team. As a key member of our Business Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fostering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CHARMS database to ensure compliance
  • Provide administrative support to our fostering teams, including answering telephone and email queries
  • Process regular checks for present foster carers and children, as well as financial claims
  • Ensure adherence to Five Rivers policies and procedures
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as required by the business or fostering managers
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the fostering sector and/or children/young people in social care (desirable)
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills, with knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Proven organization skills and time management
  • A valid driving licence
