TikTok Live Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creator Network Growth Manager to join our TikTok Live Operations team. As a key member of our UK RiseHub team, you will be responsible for fostering strategic relationships with LIVE Creator Networks across the UK, driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard newly signed Creator Network partnerships, providing a best-in-class experience and building long-term relationships with Founders and leadership teams.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Creator Network partners, achieving quarterly revenue targets and supporting agency partners in scaling their operations.
- Develop a deep understanding of each agency's business plan, vision, and P&L, and consult with them to achieve their goals.
- Organise and host impactful events and roadshows to boost awareness and engagement with the TikTok LIVE Creator Network program.
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or start-ups.
- Proven track record in business development, account management, or partner management within the social media, tech, or B2B sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and take proactive action.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a collaborative approach to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated result-oriented approach, with a track record of achieving targets and proficient data analysis skills.
