Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our kitchen team at The Spitfire, West Malling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience to our customers by preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal produce in our spacious and stylish dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal produce
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a high-performing team
