Tax Compliance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Specialist to join our Corporate Tax Team at RSM UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their tax affairs comply with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality corporation tax compliance service to clients, including addressing queries and enquiries from HMRC.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide value-added, technically accurate, and clear tax advice on a range of technical issues, including loss relief, tax relief on interest, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, group reorganisations, shareholder reorganisations, international tax matters, and acquisitions & disposals.
- Assist colleagues in other departments to provide a high-quality service to clients and identify tax-related risks and opportunities.
- Interact and build productive relationships with peers at other RSM International member firms.
- Continually improve your skills, knowledge, and capability for the benefit of our clients and your own development.
- Attend team meetings and training as required.
- Ensure quality by adhering to the firm's quality standards.
Requirements
- Background in an Accountancy Practice with good knowledge of corporate tax.
- Experience of using specialist tax software is advantageous.
