About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Tax Team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality corporation tax compliance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality corporation tax compliance service to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address queries and enquiries from HMRC regarding tax filings and payments.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide value-added, technically accurate, and clear tax advice on a range of technical issues.
  • Assist colleagues in other departments to identify tax-related risks and opportunities.
  • Interact and build productive relationships with peers at other RSM International member firms.
  • Continuously improve skills, knowledge, and capability to benefit clients and personal development.
  • Attend team meetings and training as required.
  • Ensure quality by adhering to the firm's quality standards.
Requirements
  • Background in an Accountancy Practice with good knowledge of corporate tax.
  • Experience of using specialist tax software is advantageous.
