Collaborate with the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Team to optimize both business and individual performance by crafting, developing, and executing exemplary HSE solutions that comply with legislation and address current and future business requirements.

Formulate and revise internal policies and procedures that align with all pertinent legislation.

Foster relationships and collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Managing Directors/Divisional Managers/Design) to guide the direction of HSE initiatives internally and facilitate the business in safely executing daily operational demands of clients.

Evaluate the primary risks throughout the organization and implement appropriate control measures to either eliminate or mitigate risks as necessary.

Define safe operational protocols that recognize and account for all relevant hazards.
Ensure routine site inspections are conducted to audit, rectify, and coach on safe site practices. Maintain accurate records of inspections, including findings, and ensure that necessary improvement actions are implemented.
Engage regularly and provide training support to the project delivery team to ensure adherence to changes.
Deliver professional and effective HSE expertise across the organization to support the execution of the H&S strategy.
Inspire and motivate the broader team to achieve consistent HSE standards. Support the development of the wider team in relation to HSE knowledge. Exhibit quality leadership by establishing high standards and leading by example in accordance with company values.

Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including Health and Safety protocols, ensuring personal safety and safeguarding the interests and safety of all staff, visitors, and contractors.

Contribute to and comply with the implementation of health and safety, quality, and information security policies and systems throughout the organization.
