Job Type: Full-time

Location: Lewisham, South East London

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team as part of the Aspiring Educator Programme. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students in KS3 & KS4, as well as supporting KS5 students in the run up to exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in KS3 & KS4 (Aged 11-16)
  • Work with Sixth Formers (KS5) during exam preparation
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Bright graduate with future aspirations to teach
  • Able to build strong professional relationships
  • Confident and able to relay feedback to teachers and parents
  • Experience with SEN beneficial but not essential
  • Able to commit full-time for the academic year
